Grokker.com is an online Health, Fitness, Wellness and Yoga Video Streaming website.  They contacted me (Sherry) out of the clear blue! and asked me to create a special series for Yoga students over the age of 50.  So, I put my thinking cap on and chose 5 topics of I felt were the top issues I see teaching to this population…… and I added a Chair Yoga video into the mix as well.
